Kingston Labour Councillor fights for disabled parking spaces

Kingston and Surbiton CLP

As reported by Grainne Cuffe in this week's Surrey Comet, Labour Councillor Linsey Cottingham (on the right in the picture above, with fellow Kingston and Surbiton CLP members) has called on the authority to improve local disabled parking spaces.

The Surrey Comet quotes Linsey as saying “If we are really serious about inclusivity, we really need to think through the implications of any services we provide."

There are further quotes, a response from the leader of the council and an original photo with Linsey and fellow CLP campaigners, Liz Meerabeau and Phil Bevin in The Comet.
